Why Sigma Nu

More Than a Fraternity

Sigma Nu Epsilon Pi is the most decorated fraternity at UCLA. We offer something most fraternities can’t — a scholarship program that can cover your tuition, a landmark house at the center of Fraternity Row, and a brotherhood of over 2,000 alumni who are invested in your success after graduation.

Our members go on to run NFL franchises, serve in the White House, lead Fortune 500 companies, and serve their country with distinction. That network starts on day one.

Scholarship

Every Member Receives Financial Support

Our chapter operates the largest Greek-affiliated scholarship program in the country. All members in good standing receive a base scholarship each quarter, with merit-based honor awards up to $5,500 per quarter available to top performers. The Gerald L. Coffee Scholarship — our highest honor — can cover a full year’s tuition at UCLA.

The Process

How Rush Works

01

Attend Rush Events

Come to the house during formal or informal rush. Meet the brothers, see the facilities, and get an honest sense of the chapter culture. No obligation.

02

Mutual Selection

Rush is a two-way process. You’re evaluating us as much as we’re evaluating you. If it’s a genuine fit on both sides, the chapter extends a formal bid.

03

New Member Program

Complete the new member education program, learn the history and values of Sigma Nu, and build lasting bonds with your pledge class.
