On the Gayley facing balcony, the Saltillo tile was replaced with more durable porcelain tile. An epoxy grout that never has to be sealed was used to maintain its look and facilitate easier maintenance.
The library also required significant repairs following damage from 2017’s heavy rains. The retaining wall, interior library walls were reinforced and new furniture was installed.
